The Rector of Thamar University Inaugurates the 1448 Academic Year at the Faculty of Sharia and Law

■ This morning, Professor Dr. Mohammed Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, continued his field visits to inaugurate the new academic year 1448. He launched the commencement of studies at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, in the presence of several university leaders and the faculty's academic and administrative staff.
The University Rector was accompanied during the visit by the Vice Rectors for Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, for Graduate Studies, Professor Dr. Abdulkareem Zabiba, and for Academic Affairs, Professor Dr. Adel Al-Ansi, as well as the Rector's Assistant for Centers Affairs, Professor Dr. Essam Wasel; the University General Secretary, Dr. Mohammed Hutrum, the Head of the Media and Public Relations Department, Jamal Al-Bahri, and the General Director of Public Relations, Khaled Al-Eshawi.
They were received by the Dean of the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Professor Dr. Abdulkareem Al-Bahla, the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Bashir Qaddoum, the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Khalid Al-Mashwi, the General Secretary of the Faculty, Mohammed Amer, as well as a number of faculty leaders, faculty members, and staff.
During the inauguration, the University Rector emphasized the importance of the Faculty of Sharia and Law in preparing qualified scientific and legal professionals to contribute to strengthening the justice system and serving the community. He commended the faculty's academic stability and its continuous efforts to enhance the educational process.
He also urged the students to seize the available academic opportunities and to commit to knowledge acquisition and academic excellence, which will positively impact their academic and professional futures.
From his part, the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Dr. Abdulkareem Al-Bahla, expressed his appreciation for the university leadership's visit and its keenness to monitor the progress of the educational process. He affirmed the readiness of the faculty and its staff to ensure the success of the new academic year and to achieve further development and academic excellence.
