Transition and Handover Procedures Completed at the Department of Libraries, Printing and Publishing, Thamar University

■ In line with streamlining operations and enhancing the continuity of institutional performance, Thamar University today conducted the transition and handover procedures at the Department of Libraries, Printing, and Publishing. This was in implementation of University Rector Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi's Decision No. (188) for the year 1448, and in the presence of the Transition and Handover Committee and several university leaders and department staff.

The transition and handover ceremony took place in the university's central library between the outgoing Head of the Department of Libraries, Printing, and Publishing, Dr. Issam Wasel, and the incoming Head, Dr. Ali Quradha.

The ceremony was also attended by the Head of the Transition and Handover Committee, the General University Secretary, Dr. Mohammed Hutrum, and committee members. This administrative procedure reflects the regularity of institutional work and the transfer of responsibilities according to the approved organizational frameworks.

Following the completion of the transition and handover procedures, the University General Secretary, Dr. Mohammed Hutrum, commended the university's efforts.

Dr. Mohammed Hutrum also commended the efforts of the outgoing Head of the Department, Dr. Essam Wasel, during his tenure, acknowledging his contributions to developing and improving the work and performance of the Department of Libraries, Printing, and Publishing. He expressed his appreciation for the achievements of the past period.

Dr. Hutrum and all those present congratulated the incoming Head of the Department, Dr. Ali Qaradha, on assuming his responsibilities, wishing him success in his duties and in continuing the path of development and performance improvement to enhance the department's role in serving the academic and administrative work of the university.

The handover ceremony was attended by the General Secretary, of Libraries, Abdulkafi Hamza, the General Director of Financial Affairs, Abdulghani Al-Hajjaji, the General Director of Administrative Affairs, Saleh Naji, the Legal Affairs Representative, Mohammed Al-Khawlani, and several other staff members from the Department of Libraries, Printing, and Publishing.
