Thamar University Reviews Readiness of Staffing Plan and Prepares for Submission

■ Thamar University continues to finalize its staffing plan and review its readiness according to the established frameworks for determining the university's needs for public sector positions. This enhances the accuracy of human resources planning and its alignment with approved procedural requirements and the procedural guide for determining public sector job needs.
The University's staffing plan committee held a meeting chaired by Professor Dr. Mohammed Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, and attended by the committee chairman, Professor Dr. Adel Abdulqhani Al-Ansi, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, the University's Gener Secretary, Dr. Mohammed Hutrum, his assistant for human resources, Abdulmajid Al-Adhra'i, and the general directors of academic affairs, administration, and entitlements.
The meeting discussed the readiness level of the staffing plan and reviewed its compliance with the procedural guide for determining public sector job needs.This ensures the plan meets all requirements and regulations before its submission and finalization.
The Unversity Rector commended the committee's efforts in preparing and reviewing the plan, emphasizing the importance of finalizing it according to the established framework and in a way that reflects the university's actual needs.
During the meeting, committee members confirmed that the plan is in its final stages and that the committee has completed the fieldwork phase and most of the preparation and review procedures, paving the way for its final submission according to the approved procedures.
