The Rector of Thamar University meets the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance for the Control and Inspection Sector

■ The Rector of Thamar University, professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi received today a high-level delegation from the Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance headed by Engineer, Mr. Abdullah Haider, the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Control and Inspection Sector.

At the meeting, in the presence of the General Secretary of the University, Dr. Mohammed Hutram, and a number of Thamar University Leaders, the aspects of cooperation between Thamar University and the Ministry of Civil Service and its Office in Dhamar were reviewed and the importance of strengthening this cooperation in all areas of interest to both parties was stressed.

The Rector of the University welcomed the Undersecretary of the Ministry, Eng. Abdullah Haider, as well as the General Director of the Civil Service Office in Dhamar, Mr. Essam a
Al-Omaisi.

During the meeting, the importance of the facilities provided by the Ministry of Civil Service in Dhamar was stressed, especially with regard to data entry, updating, and implementing settlements through the automated program provided by the Ministry.

The Rector of the University pointed out that these Facilities contribute to speeding up and facilitating administrative processes, enhancing quality and efficiency in the provision of services.

From his part, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Civil Service expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Rector of Thamar University for the good reception.

He praised the effective contribution of the University's Financial and Administrative teams participating in the Administrative Training Program in the field of service development and simplification of procedures, the code of Professional Conduct and work ethics for employees of administrative units in Dhamar.

The Undersecretary of the Ministry, Mr. Haider praised the efforts exerted at Thamar University, despite all the challenges imposed by the aggression and siege which reflect keenness, awareness of the importance of job commitment, its role in the development of administrative and institutional work, improving performance and improving the level of access of University employees to services.

At the end of the meeting, the two sides stressed their commitment to strengthen cooperation and coordination to improve administrative services, as this visit reflects the positive trend of cooperation between the University and Government Agencies and enhance transparency and efficiency in providing services to the community.
