Thamar University signs a memorandum of Understanding with the Information Technology Center Thamar University Media Media / Fouad Al-Nahari / December 5, 2023. Jumad Awal 21, 1445 ■ Thamar University signed today a memorandum of understanding with the Information Technology Center of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Prof. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of the University said that the signing of this memorandum comes within the framework of close cooperation between the University and the Ministry, based on common goals,l and based on the plans and programs adopted by the state within the national vision of building a Modern Yemeni State, activating the principle of Scientific Research in community service, and in an effort to develop and support the frameworks of common understanding. The agreement signed by the University Recto, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi and Dr. Fouad Abdul Razzaq, the Executive Director of the Center, provided that the Journal of Engineering and Technical Sciences issued by Thamar University will publish the research of the Fourth Scientific Conference labeled"Artificial Intelligence Technology and Quality Assurance of Higher Education" to be held on 28-29 Jumad Awal 1445. December 12-13, 2023, in accordance with the conditions, controls and publication policies approved in the journal with the possibility of adding a special issue of the research of the Fourth Scientific Conference.
