The Rector of Thamar University Inaugurates the Second Half of the Academic Year at the Faculty of Medical Sciences Thamar University Media/ Jamal Al-Bahri / Jumad Awal 21, 1445. December 4, 2023 ■ Prof. Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University today inaugurated the second semester of the academic year 1445, (2023, 2024) at the Faculty of Medical Sciences at the University. During the inauguration, Dr. Al-Haifi referred to the suffering of our brothers in Gaza after the destruction of their Schools, Universities, Homes, and Sources of livelihood, at the hands of the Zionist aggression forces because of their adherence to dignity and pride, but victory is their ally, God willing and we are their supporters, brothers, allies, and supporter people. The Rector of the University praised the Leadership, Cadres and Students of the Faculty for their perseverance and the high degree of discipline they enjoy, considering the Faculty of Medical Sciences one of the Ideal Faculties of the University, assuring students that their specialties are vital, important, and necessary in the field of Public Health and Medical Sciences. Dr. Al-Haifi noted the degree of security, safety and social stability that Allah has granted to our dear country thanks to the wise Leadership that has found in Jihad and Martyrdom a way of elevation and pride. Prof. Al-Haifi stressed the need for the leadership of the college to exert more efforts to join the Faculty of Medicine in obtaining academic accreditation in Medical Sciences. The inauguration was attended by Dr. Mohammed Hutram, the General Secartary of the University, Dr. Adel Emran, the Dean of the Faculty of Medical Sciences, Dr. Nayef Al-Tayar, the Dean of the Institute of Continuing Education, Dr. Salah Al-Qawsi, the Vice-Dean of Continuing Education for Student Affairs, Mohammed Al-Badawi, the Secretary General Secartary of the College, the Directors of General Media, Public Relations, and the Office of the Rector of the University. https://www.tu.edu.ye/faculty/view/medicalsciences/3434/2504
