The Faculty of Arts and Several Units and Centers were Inspected Following Eid Holiday

■ As a part of Thamar University's leadership's follow-up on employee discipline and the smooth operation of work after the Eid Al-Adha holiday, and under the direction of Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the University Rector, Professor Dr. Essam Wasel, The Assistant to the Rector for Centers Affairs, accompanied by the University General Secretary, Dr. Mohammed Hutrum, conducted a field visit to the Faculty of Arts.

During the visit, they were received by the Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Dr. Amin Al-Jabr, the Faculty General Secretary, Bandar Al-Harouji, and a number of academic and administrative leaders. They reviewed attendance levels and adherence to official working hours, as well as the progress of academic and administrative work within the Faculty. Several issues related to enhancing institutional performance and improving the work environment were also discussed.

In the same context, the University General Secretary, Dr. Mohammed Hutrum, accompanied by his Assistant for Human Resources, Abdulmajeed Al-Adhruei, the General Director of Administrative Affairs, Saleh Naji, and the General Director of Entitlements, Ali Al-Washali, conducted a field visit to several colleges, units, centers, and general departments within the university.

The visit aimed to monitor adherence to official working hours and employee discipline in the various university facilities following Eid holiday, and to assess the smooth operation of administrative tasks and operations, thereby contributing to enhanced performance efficiency and ensuring the continuity of academic and administrative services.
