Master's degree with excellence by Researcher Mohammed Al-Yaari from the Faculty of Arts Thamar University Media / Jamal Al-Bahri / October 3, 2023 ■ Today, The Rector of the University, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi with his Deputy for High Studies, Prof. Dr. Abdulkareem Zabibah attended the public discussion of the Master's thesis tagged with" The Ancient City of Samaan-Massnaah Maria", by the Researcher Mohammed Hammoud Saleh Al-Yaari, who received a master's degree with excellence from the Department of Antiquities and Museums at the Faculty of Arts. The Discussion and Judging Committee consisted of Prof. Dr. Mohammed Saad Al-Qahtani, President and External Debater, Sana'a University, Prof. Dr. Khaldoon Hazza Abdu Noman, Member and Scientific Supervisor, and Dr. Fadl Mohammed Al-Omaisi, Member and Internal Debater. The discussion and judging committee praised the efforts of the researcher, the subject of the dissertation, its importance in enriching the Yemeni Historical Archaeological Library, and the importance of such studies in introducing Yemeni Antiquities, which contributes to their preservation. The Vice-Dean of the College for High Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Fouad Al-Shameiri that this thesis is gaining its importance in terms of documentation of an ancient archaeological site where civilization extends from the Neolithic Era, passing through successive civilizations, and it is also the first thesis to be discussed in the section since the characterization of the program, according to quality standards and academic accreditation.
