Thamar University today hosted the graduation project discussions for the second batch of students from the Translation Department at the Faculty of Arts.
The event reflected a high level of academic knowledge and strong organizational standards. Sponsored by the University Rector, Prof. Mohammed Mohammed Hassan Al-Haifi, the occasion underscored the department’s growing success.
The discussions proceeded smoothly in a distinguished academic atmosphere. Prof. Abdu Ahmed Mounassar chaired the committee, joined by a group of professors who offered valuable insights and constructive feedback to the students.
Prof. Adel Al-Ansi, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, emphasized that Translation Department plays a vital role in meeting the demands of today’s job market. He noted that the graduates possess the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their professional careers.
Prof. Essam Wasel, the Assistant to the University Rector, praised the students’ high standards, affirming that their projects reflect the university’s progress and its commitment to preparing students for the future.
Dr. Ameen Al-Jabar, the Dean of the Faculty of Arts, highlighted that the graduation projects demonstrate the quality of training provided. He confirmed that the college continuously works to enhance its programs, equipping students for both translation and research endeavors.
Dr. Aziz Al-Aqra, the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, added that the college would continue supporting students and fostering an excellent learning environment.
The event was attended by numerous professors and administrators, including the University Rector’s Legal Consultant, Mr. Yahya Al-Thumrani. Their presence underscored Thamar University’s commitment to scientific activities that advance education and serve the community.
