Intensive meetings to improve investment opportunities at Thamar University

■ Within the framework of efforts aimed at enhancing the utilization of university resources and real estate, under the supervision and close follow-up of Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of the University, Dr. Mohammed Hutram, the General Secretary of Thamar University, held a series of friendly meetings today with a number of investors renting agricultural spaces within the University Campus in the presence of members of the university's investment committee.
The meeting focused on discussing a number of essential points that would improve the university's opportunities to maximize the benefit from its real estate properties, ensuring a balance between the interests of the university and investors.
The discussions included reviewing the investment conditions and determinants that investors must adhere to achieve mutual benefit, while taking into account preserving the privacy of the University Campus and its academic goals and ensuring the highest possible benefit from the university’s investments in a way that supports its development and contributes to achieving its strategic goals.
