Thamar University's Personnel Affairs Committee Launches the New Year with Important Administrative Decisions

■ Under the patronage and guidance of Prof. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, the Personnel Affairs Committee held its first meeting for the academic year 1447 (2025/2026), chaired by Dr. Mohammed Hutram, the General Secretary of the University.
This meeting is a part of the effort to strengthen the administrative and organizational framework to ensure the management of administrative staff and the development of their performance, in line with current requirements.
The meeting witnessed the approval of the previous committee minutes and the settlement of the status of 12 employees with higher qualifications.
The meeting also approved the allocation of 14 employees to graduate studies, a move aimed at providing the administrative and academic fields with highly qualified and qualified personnel.
In the same context, the committee recommended appointing a number of employees to administrative and supervisory positions to enhance institutional performance and ensure smooth workflow within the university's structures.
With the attendance of the General Director of Administrative Affairs, Mr. Saleh Naji, at the first meeting of the Personnel Affairs Committee, the members discussed several issues related to administrative staff, stressing the need for the committee to continue holding monthly meetings to follow up on various files and streamline procedures related to personnel affairs.
