Dear all, I would like to let be informed that the College of Computer Science and Information Systems, at our prestigious university, Thamar University is one of the leading colleges in Yemen, offering academic programs of various disciplines in the fields of computers and informatics to serve the people of this country. It seeks to develop and update it in line with an ambitious national vision for a developed country, where our vision and mission emerge from the national vision for building the modern Yemeni state. 

The Faculty of Computer Science and Information Systems has a distinguished faculty members of various degrees and specializations that serve academic departments and who are qualified according to the needs of the academic departments. They get qualified in accordance with academic standards and international experiences, together with the administrative staff with distinguished administrative experiences within a modern educational environment.

One of our priorities is continuous work to improve the quality of college outputs and to provide the best educational environment for our students, who will start from Thamar University to participate and contribute in the development of Yemen and meet the needs of the market. The College of Computer Science and Information Systems is proud of all its graduates, who have already approved unique proficiency   either in Yemen or in the neighboring countries, for their contributions and achievements.

The college strives diligently to obtain programmatic and institutional accreditation according to the ambitious of Thamar University plan. In our future plans, we wish to open a number of programs that enhance the college’s vision and mission. We also aspire to a pioneering vision with confident steps, with unlimited support from the vice-chancellor of Thamar University, Prof. Talib Al-Nahari, who pays great attention and response to all the college needs.
