Dear all, it gives me great pleasure to welcome you on behalf of me and on behalf of  the college family to the college’s website, congratulating all its members who belong to this great scientific institution. The College of Computer Science and Information Systems started its scientific career in 2001/2002 as the first independent college specialized in the fields of computing and informatics at the national level.

Since its foundation, the college seeks to provide distinguished academic and research programs to prepare specialized and qualified students for effective contribution to sustainable development and research development. It academically seeks to establish well-qualified students to be involved in community engagement and meet the needs of the labor market and then achieve leadership and excellence in the fields of computing and information. 

 The available academic programs have been updated such as computer science and information technology programs, in terms of the study plans and courses. Furthermore, the new academic programs such as software Engineering and Computer Information systems have been inaugurated and have undergone to the update in response to keep pace with rapid changes in the areas of computing, informatics and labor market requirements. The role of the college was not limited to the bachelor's level only; however, in the academic year 2013-2014, the Master's program in the Department of Computer Science was opened.

The college has become well-known through its distinguished of its male and female students, whom I always encourage to exert more effort and committed with knowledge spirit, morals and to hold hopes and wishes and embrace glory and with them, Yemen will be more beautiful and greater. 

 The faculty possesses a unique academic staff; they are the elite of the elite, the soft, flush, the beacon that illuminates the paths of knowledge and the light that guides it. Ripe with their blessed effort.

Finally, we hope through the cooperation of the college family and the great support of Dr. Talib Al-Nahari, University vice-chancellor  in achieving the goals of the college, which was formulated according to its mission and vision, which are all based on leadership, excellence, creativity and enhancing competitiveness.
