The College of Computing celebrates the graduation of 78 graduates from the Department of Computer Science Thamar University Media / Jamal Al-Bahri / September 7, 2023 ■ Under the Supervision of the Rector of the University Prof. Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Department of Computer Science at the Faculty of Computing and Informatics at Thamar University, organized today, the graduation ceremony of 78 graduates the group 23rd (Digital creativity) graduates of the Academic Year 2023/2022. At the ceremony, which was attended by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Prof. Adel Al-Ansi who delivered a speech at the ceremony instead of the of the University Rector and conveyed to the celebrants the University Rector's welcome to the attendance ,students, organizers and parents, and thanked the leadership of the College and the Department for their efforts and dedication in improving the outputs of the college. Addressing the students, he said that "Your Homeland expects you to face giving with giving, and to be pioneers in the path of its modern renaissance, and the best Ambassadors for your University and Society, it is up to you to preserve the excellence of your College, and you can be proud that it is the first of its kind in Yemen and has been established since the inception of the University. He added that today we have two joys, the joy of the graduation of the Twenty-Third group of the Department of Computer Science at the Faculty of Computers and Informatics, and the joy of the arrival of the Birth of Mustafa, may Allah bless him. On the occasion of the advent of this blessed occasion, which carries great values from the values of the honored complement of morality, we recommend that you have to follow the great values of your career. In the speech of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Bashir Al-Maqaleh, he thanked the attendees and the organizing committee and blessed the students for their joys that coincide with the joys of our community and nation on the occasion of the anniversary of the Prophet's Birth in 1445. Dr. Al-Maqaleh pointed out that this event is a continuation of the College's flourishing career led by our esteemed ancestors, and while we celebrate today the graduation of the 23rd group of the Department of Computer Science, it is difficult for us to say goodbye to you, after years of knowledge and acquaintance, in which we have worked to prepare and educate you with tireless, sincere and efforts to carry out your humanitarian and national duty. He added that we are confident that you will contribute with all dedication and sincerity to advancing the March of the Homeland, and with an honorable commitment with scientific and moral responsibility towards our beloved Country. The Dean of the Faculty said that all of you should remember that you have been and will continue to be Loyal Ambassadors and Messengers and Shining Stars in various fields of work for this scientifically and academically leading academic edifice, the Faculty of Computers and Informatics, Thamar University, which derives its size, strength, present and future from the past of this ancient city that embraced Civilization and Human Heritage. In conclusion, Dr. Al-Maqaleh addressed a word of thanks and gratitude on behalf of the graduates to their families who suffered the most for caring for them in these difficult circumstances, to receive from them and hold Thamar university Degree in Computer Science, and he extended special and sincere thanks to the University Rector represented by Prof. Dr. Mohammed Mohammed Al-Haifi, for his special care for the college and for this joyful ceremony, and added Thanks to the colleagues, the leadership of the college and its academic and administrative cadres, and to the audience. At the ceremony, the Former Dean of the College, Founder Prof. Aish Said Awad, with the Shield of loyalty and Gratitude, The Shield of the College of Computer and Informatics. The Dean of the College, Dr. Al-Maqaleh, praised all the Former Deans and thanked them for their contribution to the sustainability of the success of the College and the continuity of the quality of Education in it, and then honored the graduates. The ceremony was attended by Dr. Khalid Al-Hussaini, the Consultant of the Rector of the University for Quality and Automation, Vice Deans, a number of Department Heads, the General Secartary of the college and the General Secretary of Thamar University Center for Computer and Informatics.
