The Rector of Thamar University Inspects Student Affairs Office

■ The Rector of Dhamar University, Professor Dr. Mohammed Mohammed Hassan Al-Haifi, inspected the Student Affairs Office as a part of his field visits to monitor operations across the university's various sectors and assess the performance and services provided to students.

Upon his arrival, the Rector of the University was received by the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai. He then toured the office, accompanied by his Assistant for Centers Affairs, Professor Dr. Essam Wasel, the University Registrar, Mr. Abdulmalik Al-Muallami, and the Director of the Automation and ERP System Unit, Mr. Mohammed Al-Ziyadi. The tour included several departments within the Student Affairs Office.

During the tour, the University Rector reviewed the workflow in the departments responsible for student services, including coordination, registration and file submission.

The Rector of the University commended the efforts of the Student Affairs Office and emphasized the importance of continuing to develop its operational system, enhancing coordination between different departments, and utilizing electronic systems to streamline procedures and improve performance efficiency, in line with the university's goals of developing administrative processes and enhancing service levels.
