Thamar University Awards Executive Master's Degree in Local Development Management to Student Mohammed Hassan Al-Hadi with Distinction

■ The Faculty of Administrative Sciences at Thamar University discussed today the supplementary research for the Executive Master's degree in Local Development Management submitted by student Mohammed Hassan Al-Hadi, the Director of the Education Office in Dhamar Governorate, on the role of quality training in developing the performance of educational leaders in the governorate.
The discussion was attended by the Rector of Thamar University, Professor Dr. Mohammed Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Deputy Minister of Education and Scientific Research for Secondary Education, Professor Dr. Zaid Ahmed Al-Hadour, a number of university leaders, governorate officials, directors of executive offices, as well as the researcher's colleagues and friends.
The discussion and evaluation committee consisted of Professor Dr. Mohammed Ali Al-Makradi as a chair, Dr. Amer Abdulwahab Al-Sunbani as member and academic supervisor, and Dr. Hussein Ali Al-Manjar as member and examiner. The committee approved awarding the researcher the Master's degree with distinction.
The supplementary research, titled “The Role of Training Quality in Developing the Performance of Educational Leaders in Dhamar Governorate, A Field Study,” was conducted within the framework of applied studies addressing the development of leadership performance in educational institutions. It aimed to examine the role of training quality in enhancing the efficiency of educational leaders and strengthening their administrative and professional capabilities.
