The Rector of Thamar University Discusses Performance Improvement During Visit to the Faculty of Administrative Sciences

■ As a part of ongoing field visits to assess the needs of the faculties and emphasize the importance of improving efficiency, the Rector of Thamar University, Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, accompanied by the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, conducted an inspection visit this morning to the Faculty of Administrative Sciences. The purpose of the visit was to review the academic and administrative operations, address the faculty's needs, and enhance its institutional performance.

During the visit, the Rector of the University with the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Dr. Amal Al-Mujahid, the General Secretary of the Faculty, Mr. Abdullah Rajih, and several academic and administrative staff members reviewed the overall situation at the faculty and discussed issues related to the educational and organizational processes, aiming to improve the work environment and enhance the quality of academic outcomes.

The meeting addressed a number of topics related to the requirements of the current stage, as mechanisms for enhancing institutional harmony, ensuring the continuity of performance, and integrating roles between the various administrative and academic components were discussed.
