A Cultural Event at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences on the Anniversary of the Martyr and in Solidarity with Palestine Thamar University Media /Jamal Al-Bahri / Jamad Awal 14, 1445. November 27, 2023 ■ Under the slogan" A Nation that Loves Martyrdom, Nothing Remains in the Hands of its Enemies that can Scare it", the Faculty of Administrative Sciences at Thamar University in cooperation with the University Student Forum organized today a cultural event in commemoration of the anniversary of the martyr 1445 in solidarity with the Palestinian people and the Al-Aqsa Flood operation. At the event, the Vice-Rector of the University for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Adel Al-Ansi stressed out that the Islamic country was not liberated and Islam was spread only by martyrdom and, the martyrs are the ones who live, and they are immortalized in the souls of people. He pointed to the history of the martyr leader, Mr. Hussein Badralddeen Al-Houthi who founded a new stage of Jihad and sacrifice in the modern history of our country. He touched upon the sacrifices of the Palestinian people in the Al-Aqsa Flood operation, pointing out that today we are witnessing a painful stage of the brutality of the Zionist enemy in killing the people of Palestine. The Consultant of the Rector of the University, Mr. Hassan Al-Mawshki pointed out that martyrdom is a sacrifice for the sake of Allah, and in response to his directives where He ordered us in more than one verse to wage Jihad for his sake, pointing out that Jihad is the only way to repel the attacks of enemies and to protect oneself, property, and vulnerable and needy communities from the greed of enemies, their cruelty and malice. From his part, the Secretary of the College, Mr. Abdullah Rajeh stressed the importance of Jihad for the sake of Allah and this coincided with the Al-Aqsa Flood Operation.
