■The Dean of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences at Thamar University, Prof. Dr. Amal Al-Mujahid participated today at the festival of Productive Families, held in Al-Hamdi Park for the period from September 16 to 18, as a part of the popular celebrations of the Prophet's Birth, which is held in partnership with the Arab Union of Productive Families, the General Cultural Women's Staff and the Literacy Authority.


The participation of Thamar University comes through the contribution and interaction of leaders, cadres and students of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences( Departments of Management, Marketing and Computer Center) at the University.


At the festival, Dr. Al-Mujahid confirmed her optimism about these constructive and fruitful ideas, praising the role of the National Committee for Women, and confirming her readiness to exert more efforts to sponsor such successful activities through the college and its cadres, or through the economic consulting and Administrative Training Center


She expressed her congratulations to the families who completed a training course in project management, noting the importance of women learning project management skills, which will have a significant impact on the capabilities and opportunities available to productive families, and these skills help in organizing and implementing the bazaar more effectively.


The Head of the National Committee for Women, Dr. Ashwaq Al-Mahdi stressed the importance of the participation of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences in the festival and praised the efforts of the Dean and Marketing students in improving the festival's work, and guiding productive families to scientific and methodological methods in marketing the products of participating families in the festival.


She pointed out the importance of the course for students and researchers in the field of Management, especially that most of the families participating in the festival have completed a training course in project management and they need the expertise and cooperation of students and specialists in this field from the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, noting that other specialties from Thamar University and a number of private Universities in Dhamar will participate in the remaining days of the festival.


The festival was attended by the General Director of the Governor's Office, Mr. Basheer Al-Khaiwani, Director of the Red Crescent, a number of researchers and students from Thamar University, and a gathering of Productive Families, organizers and sponsors of the festival.
