Thamar University Discusses Qualitative Scientific Graduation Projects at the College of Applied Sciences

■ Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, the Grand Hall of the College of Applied Sciences on the Thamar University campus hosted today the discussion of graduation projects for eighteen fourth-year students from the Biochemistry and General Chemistry departments of the College of Applied Sciences.

The session was attended by the University Rector, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai the Dean of the College, Dr. Abdulqawi Dabwan, and a number of academic and administrative leaders from the college.

The event was held amidst a lively scientific atmosphere filled with pride in the students' level of performance and dedication to completing their projects.

The examination committee expressed its admiration for the qualitative level of the submitted projects, emphasizing that the students' presentations reflected a deep understanding of scientific concepts and a high level of skill in applying theoretical knowledge to address applied issues. This demonstrates the quality of the college's educational outcomes.

The project topics varied between analytical and experimental studies relevant to the specialization, offering innovative solutions to issues in the fields of biochemistry, industrial chemistry and environmental chemistry in line with the university's focus on applied research and community service.
