■ As a part of the leadership of Thamar University's commitment to field monitoring and continuous evaluation of the educational process, Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of the University, conducted an inspection visit to the College of Applied Sciences.
He was accompanied by Professor Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, Dr. Mohammed Hutram, the General Secretary of the University and a number of academic and administrative leaders.
They were received by the Dean of the College, Dr. Abdulqawi Dabwan, and a number of faculty members.
During the tour, the University Rector and his Vice-Rector inspected the progress of the Master's students' exams and closely examined the level of organization and preparedness.
They praised the College's significant efforts in creating a conducive learning environment that ensures outstanding academic performance. The University Rector also expressed his appreciation to the College's administration and staff, emphasizing that the University prioritizes supporting graduate studies and scientific research programs, as they benefit students and serve society in a vital way.
The University Rector was accompanied on this inspection visit, which reflects the University leadership's commitment to direct and continuous communication with academic and administrative components and students.
He was accompanied by a number of university leaders, including Dr. Essam Wasil, the Head of the Libraries Department, Dr. Salah Al-Qawsi, the Vice Dean of the Institute of Continuing Education, the Head of the Media Department, the General Secretary of the Academic Development Center, and the General Director of the University Rector's Office.
