■ Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, launched the postgraduate exams for the second semester of the preparatory year for the Master's degree at the College of Applied Sciences today, Tuesday. 
 
Forty-five students from various scientific disciplines are taking their final exams in an organized academic environment.
 
The exams included Master's programs in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, geology, and life sciences.
 
During his tour of the exam halls, Dr. Al-Haifi emphasized the importance of adhering to academic standards to ensure the quality of higher education and enhance the outcomes of scientific research.
 
The University Rector also praised the efforts of the college's academic and administrative staff in organizing the examination process, emphasizing the need to provide an appropriate environment that helps students perform at their best at this advanced academic stage.
 
He pointed out that the university continues to develop its graduate programs, in line with labor market needs and contributing to the advancement of scientific research and community service.
 
This is achieved by training distinguished academic cadres capable of contributing to the development of various scientific and professional sectors and enhancing the university's position as a leading academic institution in the Republic of Yemen.
