■ As a part of the university's efforts to enhance the quality of medical education, Professor Dr. Mohammed Mohammed Hassan Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, conducted a field visit today to the Faculty of Medicine, accompanied by Professor Dr. Adel Al-Ansi, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, and Dr. Mohammed Hutrum, the General Secretary of the University.

This visit reflects the university leadership's commitment to directly monitoring the educational process and assessing the academic and administrative performance of one of the most important specialized faculties, which plays a key role in developing qualified medical professionals.

During the visit, the University Rector and his delegation reviewed the regularity of the educational process and the progress of academic programs.

They received a detailed briefing from the college leadership on the nature of educational activities, academic and administrative work mechanisms, and the procedures in place to ensure the continuity of the educational process in accordance with approved academic standards.

This reflects the college's commitment to its academic mission and its vital role in preparing medical professionals with the necessary scientific and professional competence to serve the community.

The University Rector also held an extensive meeting with the college leadership, attended by Dr. Abdul-Ilah Al-Adhrai, Vice Dean for Student Affairs, and Mr. Ali Al-Bakhrani, the College's General Secretary.

During this meeting, they discussed several academic and procedural issues related to the college's operations, primarily focusing on developing the educational environment, enhancing the efficiency of academic and administrative performance, and improving the quality of educational services provided to students. This aims to improve the quality of medical education outcomes, strengthen institutional performance, and keep pace with the requirements of academic development.

During the visit, the Unversity Rector affirmed the university leadership's commitment to providing full support to the Faculty of Medicine, given its academic standing and pivotal role in preparing qualified medical professionals. He emphasized the importance of integrating academic and administrative efforts and working with a spirit of institutional responsibility to ensure the efficient and effective continuity of the educational process and to enhance Thamar University's position as a leading academic institution that actively contributes to serving the community and building national development.
