The Rector of Thamar University Inspects Exams at the College of Medicine

■ As a part of Thamar University Presidency's commitment to monitoring the progress of the educational process and ensuring the quality of academic performance, Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of the University, accompanied by Professor Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, conducted an inspection visit to the College of Medicine today to review the progress of the final exams for the academic year 1446.

During the visit, Dr. Al-Haifi met with the Dean of the College, Dr. Abdullah Al-Murtadha and held a brief meeting to discuss the progress of the college's work, the challenges facing the educational process and ways to promote an effective medical academic environment that aligns with the standards of university medical education.

The University Rector and his entourage also toured the examination halls which accommodate 285 students.

During the tour, they were briefed on the halls' readiness, the student allocation mechanism and the measures taken to ensure smooth and transparent examinations. The University Rector praised the strict discipline in university dress and the strengthening of religious identity.

In a speech to the students, the University Rector outlined a set of important guidelines and organizational instructions, emphasizing the importance of adhering to instructions and strict adherence to university regulations, focusing on quality performance and diligence. He also praised the spirit of discipline he observed among students and staff.

A Part of the visit was attended by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Abdullah Al-Adhruei, Dr. Walid Al-Thahbi, the General Secretary of the College, Mr. Ahmed Al-Mujahid, and a number of faculty members and members of the academic and administrative bodies.
