Final Exams for the First Semester Begin at the Faculty of Dentistry, Thamar University

■ The Faculty of Dentistry at Thamar University witnessed the commencement of final exams for the first semester today, as part of the ongoing monitoring of the educational process and the level of academic performance at the faculty.

The Rector of Thamar University, Professor Dr. Mohammed Mohammed Al-Haifi, along with the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, inaugurated the exams. They were received by the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Dr. Nashwan Al-Tairi, and a number of academic and administrative leaders from the faculty.

The visit included observing the progress of the exams and the level of preparation for them.

The University Rector emphasized the importance of the smooth running of the educational process, adherence to university regulations and bylaws, and strengthening the students' faith and maintaining proper university attire. He urged the students to redouble their efforts and focus on academic achievement, as they are a key pillar in supplying the health sector with qualified personnel.

For his part, the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs praised the high level of organization of the exams and the cooperation and coordination between the college and the Student Affairs office. He emphasized the importance of continuing to support and motivate students to excel, noting the active participation of the college's students in the various cultural, sports, and creative activities organized by the university.

The Dean of the College of Dentistry expressed his appreciation to the University Rector and the Vice-Rector  for their inspection visit and direct oversight of the end-of-semester exams, affirming the college's commitment to enhancing the quality of academic performance.

In the same context, the University Rector and the Vice-Rector held a meeting with the Dean of the College and several of its leaders to discuss a number of issues related to the educational and academic process, and ways to improve its quality and enhance students' academic achievement.
