■ Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, accompanied by Professor Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, inspected the end-of-semester exams for 300 first-year students at the Continuing Education Institute today.
The inspection was also attended by the Institute's Vice Dean, Dr. Salah Al-Qawsi, the Institute's General Secretary, Mohammed Al-Badawi, and several members of the Institute's academic and administrative staff.
The University Rector toured the examination halls to observe the exam process, the level of discipline and adherence to examination regulations. He emphasized the University's commitment to providing a suitable environment that enhances student focus and performance.
The University Rector commended the organization of the exams and the clear adherence to disciplinary procedures within the examination halls. He praised the efforts of the institute's leadership, academic staff, and administrative personnel in preparing the exams effectively and creating a conducive environment for students, reflecting a high level of seriousness in carrying out and organizing academic tasks.
The Rector of the University also emphasized the importance of adhering to exam schedules and dates, explaining that the delay in the first-year exams this year was due to the Ministry's repeated extensions of the coordination and admission period.
He affirmed that the university is working to mitigate the effects of this delay through meticulous organization of the examination process and ensuring its completion according to established standards, thus maintaining the continuity and quality of the educational process.
